About This Course

This course explains how global cash flow analysis can be used to evaluate risk in commercial lending. Participants will learn which entities to include and exclude when preparing credit memos. A primary focus will be on preparation of a global scenario utilizing a provided template. This analysis then drives loan structuring decisions.  This course is designed for credit professionals, lenders, workout officers, and risk managers who want to strengthen their underwriting and credit analysis skills.

Joe Davis

Joe Davis has been in the banking industry for over 25 years, primarily in commercial credit and lending roles, including serving as Chief Credit Officer of a $1.2 billion community bank.  Joe has extensive knowledge of credit analysis, portfolio monitoring, and risk management.  Joe earned an MBA from University of Michigan-Flint, a BA in Economics from Michigan State University, and completed the Graduate School of Banking at Colorado.
