Kelly Rozier

Kelly Rozier has extensive banking experience; specializing is Electronic Payments and fraud.
Ms. Rozier advises both financial institutions and their service providers on payments audits, process improvement, and risk management. She provides expertise in ACH, Wire Transfer, Remote Deposit Capture (RDC), and other payment systems, including audits of third-party senders and service providers. She works closely with banking professionals, , risk managers, compliance officers, and operations teams in the context of payments compliance, process optimization, financial risk management, and regulatory education. Additionally, Kelly collaborates with the Simplify Risk–Secura membership program to deliver education and resources tailored to banks, fintech companies and credit unions
Prior to joining Stout, Kelly was responsible for the payment’s governance including treasury services and oversight for an $18 billion in assets financial institution. Kelly has a significant amount of experience working on the financial institution side and working with all the major core providers on electronic payments needs based on external fraud threats, network and regulatory requirements. Kelly also has ten years of experience working directly with the BSA/AML and fraud areas specific to electronic payments fraud and incident response.

Kevin Olsen is a certified AAP (Accredited ACH Professional), APRP (Accredited Payments Risk Professional), NCP (National Check Professional), as well as a certified NCP Instructor with additional computer network, database, and security settings. Over the past couple decades, Kevin has been involved with product creation, design, implementation, education, and consulting for multiple platforms within remote deposit capture, ACH, and faster payments. Kevin has worked with financial institutions of all sizes in multiple countries to create products services, departments, systems, teams, and results that help financial institutions become more productive, compliant, and secure.

Sharon Blanchette
Sharon Blanchette

Sharon Blanchette is a risk, compliance, and anti-financial crimes (AFC) subject matter expert who has enjoyed a long career working with banks, credit unions, fintechs, mortgage companies/servicers, and the vendors who support them.

Sharon's specialties include building and enhancing compliance and AFC programs, assisting institutions during mergers and acquisitions, serving as a temporary outsourced compliance or AFC officer, managing lookbacks, and breaking down complex regulations and requirements into effective training materials.

Sharon is a Certified Public Accountant, a Certified Internal Auditor, a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist, and holds the Consumer Regulatory Compliance Manager certification. In early 2021 she obtained a crypto currency certification and a cannabis risk management certification. She serves on the Board of the Virginia Chapter of ACAMS. She enjoys publishing articles and speaking on industry topics.

Maureen Carollo

Maureen E. Carollo is a highly experienced risk and compliance professional and instructor/speaker and is currently serves as the Fair Lending Manager, AVP, for MidFirst Bank in Oklahoma City, Ok. MidFirst Bank at over $40B in total assets, is the largest privately held bank in the U.S. Previously, she was the Chief Compliance & Chief Risk Officer, SVP, for Old Glory Bank. She has over 35 years of experience in deposit operations, loan operations, compliance management, risk management, internal audit and BSA/AML/CFT program management areas and has held the Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) designation for over 20 years and also holds the Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) certification. She is a graduate of the Southwestern Graduate School of Banking at SMU in Dallas, Texas, and graduated with Recognition for Leadership. She serves on the “ABA Bank Compliance” magazine Editorial Advisory Board, where she has had multiple articles and columns published. She has also received an APEX Award for “Excellence in Publishing.” She has been a regular speaker for the ABA Risk and Compliance Conference, where she serves on the Advisory Board and was awarded the 2021 “Distinguished Service Award” for Compliance. She has also regularly spoken at events for Marquis Centrax, CbanC, Bankers Online, and Bankers Hub. She has been active in the Oklahoma Bankers Association, where she has been past Chairman of the Compliance School Board of Regents and served on the Board for over 20 years. She has also been a frequent speaker for the OBA’s Compliance School and past speaker for their Operations School, Consumer Lending School, and Intermediate Banking School.
