About the Speaker

As a banker for 37 years and a Chief Credit Officer, Robert feels strongly about the quality of loan officers and the need for more credit training. He has been instrumental in educating credit professionals through Robert Dyck Consulting and The Credit Culture.

Prior to dedicating himself to improving the knowledge base of bankers and credit union professionals across the country, Robert was the Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer for 15 years at Pacific Western Bank and PacWest Bancorp. He has been a regular instructor for BankersHub in all aspects of Commercial Lending.
